They respond quickly and their work has always been effective. They're cost-efficient and finish the work they say they're going to do.

1 month, he finally called me back and said that he had been having trouble finding that kind of sink, but he finally found it and ordered it, and he thought he would have it within about a week. I waited for a couple of weeks, and then I started calling him again, and he never returned my calls. Finally, after more than 2 months, I called him and told him that if he didn't call me back, I would get a new plumber, and he since he didn't I gave up on him.

The service was outstanding! They were fast and efficient. They are very professional. The work was superbly done. They worked very hard and the price was reasonable.

Price depends on what needs to be done. Sometimes he comes three or four times and I have to remind him to bill me so I end up paying for three or four visits at a time. He is not overly expensive. I remember one time we put in a sub meter, water meter, and it was $800 and that was a good price. Most of the stuff is $50 to $80 dollars. I think he is extremely fair.

STEVE HAD ALWAYS BEEN OUR REGULAR PLUMBER FOR MANY YEARS. THE HOUSE WAS REBUILT ALL NEW EQUIPMENT, ECT., AFTER THE NORTH RIDGE EARTHQUAKE IN 1994. THIS IS THE FIRST PROBLEM I HAVE HAD SINCE THEN. NATURALLY I CALLED SHAMROCK PLUMBING.
