Excellent work and efficient

I could not be happier with the way the pool is maintained.  Mr. Yoon is conscientious, efficient, careful of my dog, and very friendly and pleasant.  I have been using Mr Yoon's company for nearly two years and the pool always looks great. Before I hired him, I was never satisfied with the way the pool was maintained.  Now, I feel confident that my pool is clean, safe and hygienic.

He's very conscientious. He does a good job. He shows up every week. He doesn't have terrific English but mostly I'm able to communicate with him. He knows his job so I don't really have to say much to him anyway. I haven't had any complaints about him. He's a good guy. I didn't do much shopping around but I think his prices are comparable to the others for weekly service. He doesn't charge me extra for chemicals or anything. I think it's reasonable but I don't really know for sure. I could probably get it cheaper but I'm not always looking for the cheapest price for reliable service. I have a salt water pool, so I have to have somebody that knows how to deal with it. He come within his timeframe.

He didn't come every week like promised. He would accuse me of not paying him and charge me more, even though I had bank statements proving I did pay him, then he tells me he's going on vacation then never came back. It wasn't until I called him and he told me he quit without any notice or time to find a new pool cleaner. I would not recommend him to anyone.

Mr. Chan Yoon is very hardworking, conscientious, and efficient. My pool has never looked better.

We were unhappy with our regular pool service and took a chance on Mr. Yoon based on his positive reviews. And we are VERY GLAD WE DID. He spends so much time and care on our pool every week. Whereas our previous servicer would be here for 5 minutes... Mr Yoon spends half an hour to an hour scrubbing everything down and cleaning the pool/spa thoroughly. We couldn't be happier. And our pool looks better than it ever has. Would recommend him highly to anyone who isn't happy with their current pool service.

I had hired Chan about two months ago to service my pool which has never looked better since I hired him.  In addition to the repair of the pool pump,  I also had him install a pool cover which he did immediately .  I am very happy with Chan's professionalism, responsiveness and fair pricing.

He came within the estimated time and immediately went to assess my pool. I had a few questions and after a few checkups on the pool and pool equipment, he gave me all the info. I needed. I thanked him and wanted to pay him for his service, but he kindly refused my money and said that the next time I have pool issues just call him. Since he didn't do any actual work I guess he felt it'd be unnecessary to ge paid, but he seemed like such a genuinely good guy that I wanted to at least give him $20.

Our pool has never looked so sparkling clean! We are very happy with Pro Swimming & Spa, after having tried several services in the past, finding them unsatisfactory and then trying to maintain the pool ourselves (and finding that even more unsatisfactory). Pro Swimming provides weekly service for our pool, and got it into top shape quickly. Quality, professionalism, fair pricing - the total package. Highly recommend.

Called Pro Swimming Pool & Spa to resolve pool suction and other miscellaneous small problems. Mr. Yoon made himself available immediately. He suggested solutions, fixed a small suction tube problem on the spot, did not charge for the visit and did not do any hard sell for his services. In turn, we were so pleased that we decided to hire him for the regular weekly service and have been very pleased since.

Chan responded to my request for a quote on the same day that I called. I needed to have some repairs done to the pool at my late brother's house in order to get it ready for sale. Chan called me a day later with a quote and it compared very favorably with another quote I had already obtained. He seemed very knowledgeable and very pleasant on the phone. I gave him the go ahead and he started the work within three days. There was a short delay in completion because the pool light was of a size not normally carried in stock by pool supply companies. Chan was able to get it special ordered and had it in hand three days later. He also noticed some problems that I had not noticed; namely, that when the spa jet motors were turned on they both leaked and also, the control box was extremely old and there was no GFCI, which is necessary for safety. All in all, he did a great job and I was so impressed that I asked him to take over the regular maintenance of the spa/pool. His charge for that is $70/month, which is $15 less than I was paying to the pool maintenance company that had been doing the job for many years.

I had been renting my home out and when i moved back in the pool was a Disaster. We tried everyhting cleaning the filter wasn't making it better. I finally hired Dan from Done Rite Pool and Spa. He didn't even charge me for getting the pool back to normal condition. He was here every other day cleaning the pool and filter. It took over a month of steady care from him to get it sparkling again. Knowing I was on a budget he was able to rebuild and fix parts of my motor and filter without it costing me an arm and a leg. Dan is Great Highly recommend him and his crew.

He came out three times in the first week, bought all of the chemicals and is coming out once a week hereafter. It's nice to see someone who really takes their job seriously. He tested the water to balance everything and told us to tell him when were expecting more people to swim so he could adjust the chemicals. He's very knowledgable and came out the same day we called him.

I believe it was the owner who stopped by and went to look at the spa. After making a few phone calls at least 4 weeks ago and leaving messages with a variety of spa repair places, only one returned my call. Pro Swimming Pool & Spa did not return my call back then but when I didn't have any luck with the one call that was returned, I tried making a few more calls, including Pro Swimming. I didn't leave a message this time, however, with caller ID he called me back. He said they usually didn't service my area but he was going to be in the area. Because it is a rental we had to communicate by phone and at times it was difficult to understand him. However, he was very nice to recommend some place else when he felt it wasn't a repair he could handle but he did not charge for coming. So now the saga continues and we will see if the company he recommended will come through for us. If so I will review that company at the time of service.

I think that he belongs in Angie's List for all the good reasons. The owner of this company is very pleasant and does a very efficient job. He takes care of my pool and does not charge me for any chemicals. He is polite and good with explanations. He is good at giving suggestions when he feels that it would make things better. My overall experience with him has been excellent and I will continue using his services.
