METRO REMODELING

Working with Metro was like having a full-time job. I had to constantly stay on top of the workers to make sure they were doing what they were supposed to and Metro was constantly hounding me for payments before the work that was contracted had been completed (example: we owed a payment of $6000 after the bathroom was finished and they were trying to get me to give them a check while the workers were still working on the bathroom. This same situation occurred at the end of the job). The field manager of our job also bid the job showing us samples of real 3/4" hardwood, then tried to have his floor guy install manufactured hardwood without telling us. We had to fight him for two days (holding up the flooring work) before he finally agreed that we had contracted for real hardwood. The flooring work was good, the tile looks great and the fixtures were installed well, but the doors were installed crooked and a tub spout fell off two days after the job (they never fixed it).
