The technician showed up 50 minutes late after calling me 10 minutes late to tell me he was going to be late. If I canceled it would have been even more time to find another locksmith, so I said ok. I realize they didn't call ahead of time to inform me he was going to be late so I wouldn't call anyone else. He came, apologized for being late then took the knob off, screwed in the loose screws and put the knob back on, all in about 4 minutes... then charged me $45. I think $45 for a 4 minute job after being almost an hour late is very overpriced. Not a company I would call again when there are other companies who have more integrity.
