Jackie, who is one of the sales people in supply, knows everything. I showed her one little piece and she told me the model number of the fixture and gave me all the information. They also have a parts department for all the little things that you might need. You give them your whole supply list and ask them to bid on it and they come out with anybody. You go to Lincoln Pipe & Plumbing Supply instead of going to other big stores because their people know their products. They have real basic stuff as well as high-end stuff.
