We called Armando, and he scheduled to come on the day prescribed. he was there on time with all the materials needed. He installed the parts that was needed, did a tune up of the garage opener motor, lubricated the chain and other moving parts. He also secured some loose wiring that was just hanging and made it look much nicer and clean. he also provided us with 3 remote openers and program them as well. Everything went very smooth, he is a fast worker but with much precision and accuracy.

Our old garage door opener fell apart on us, and found that it was covered under our home warranty. They hired J E to replace it, but we were told that before anything could be done we needed to replace the door as well....it was pretty old (from the 40's) and in terrible shape as well. I shopped around and as it turns out, J E was the most reasonable quote that anyone has given me. They were right on time, worked very quickly, were very pleasant, came in at budget and now we have a great new door and opener! I couldn't recommend them enough!

I THINK THE JOB WAS WELL DONE. I WAS PLEASED BECAUSE I WAS ABLE TO USE THE GARAGE DOOR WITH OUT USING ANY HANDS. THE ONLY PROBLEM WAS THAT THE PRICE WAS TOO HIGH JUST FOR A GARAGE DOOR.
