I called on a Monday and was told they could come out on Thursday to diagnose what was wrong with our heater. I chose them because they had decent ratings on Angie's List and they provided a free estimate. I said we needed to repair the heater as soon as possible and then in a few months we would be looking at replacing the heater and air conditioner. They found an opening the next day. A very polite and personable repairman arrived Tuesday within the appointment time window. He correctly diagnosed the problem, said he would need to pick up the part, the main circuit board, and return the following day for the repair. He had estimated the cost to be between $275 and $295 dollars depending on the model. He again arrived on time and performed the repair. It was $295 with labor. We were very satisfied.

They were 40% less than our other bid. They did a thorough review of the system before giving me a bid. They showed up when they said they would and were friendly but professional. My only complaint was they did not find or mention that our den was not ducted. But I lived in the house for months and did not notice.

We called several companies because the heat in the house without the A/C was getting unbearable. These guys were the only one who could stop by on the day we called. They were prompt, friendly, spoke English and fixed the unit promptly. I would recommend them.
