Higher Standards Electric

Yair was right on time and very knowledgable about the Airscape fan equipment. He told me which fan to order for my house and we made an appointmet to install the fan when it arrived. The install went smooth. It did not take long and Yair was very clean and helpful talking to me about a future project. I have recomended Higher Standards Electric to friends and would definately use Higher Standards Electric again.

Overall excellent. Yair, the owner, was recommended by the Whole House Fan manufacturer (AirScape... the best house fan there is, by the way). Yair answered my initial e-mail in under one day. Came to my home for initial estimate at exactly the promised time. Gave quote and thoroughly explained the install process in detail. Later followed up by sending written estimate. Came to install fan at exactly the time he promised. Brought all necessary tools as well as an assistant. He then sealed off the area he was working on with plastic (ceiling to floor) in order not to get anything dirty. I have never seen this done before and was impressed. Install took less time than expected, it was done perfectly and exceeded my expectations. Dimmers were installed well. Yair even offered very helpful suggestions on improving the look of our recessed lights. Even though he did not make a mess, Yair then vacuumed the area where he had been cutting into the drywall. He actually left the place CLEANER than when he arrived. He is not the cheepest, but he is super professional, down to alligning the screws on the switch plates. Thats detail! I will definitely be calling him for other jobs.
