"Thank you very much for your kind endorsement of my services. I do my best to help people when I can, and steer them in the right directions. Good luck on your improvements and please let me know if I can be of further assistance as you make your improvements."
I reached out to Dav for an Energy Evaluation of my 5 yo townhouse due to drafts and hot/cold zones. Dav was prompt to respond to my inquiry and we scheduled the evaluation for a few days later. On the day of the evaluation, Dav showed up a few minutes BEFORE our scheduled appointment, which scored points right off the bat. He was very professional; explained exactly what he was doing and why; what results to expect and what it all meant. He showed me the problem areas which began with a poorly installed HVAC system on my roof; improperly installed ducting; poorly installed insulation and gaps which allowed air to flow freely from my unit to the great outdoors. I've been using the phrase "as air tight as a screen door on a submarine" to describe the results. Dav outlined what needs to be done to resolve the issues and gave me a few referrals.
I'm looking forward to resolving these issues and moving on with other aspects of a small remodel project.
"Thank you very much for your kind review. I am glad you enjoyed my visit though I was the bearer of bad news. I am glad you did not shoot the messenger."

"Dear [Member Name Removed], Thank you very much for your kind and thorough review. I try very hard to provide complete and total service to my clients and I am glad I was able to help you get your house and your paperwork in order to comply with the building department. Sincerely, Dav"
"Dear [member name removed], Thank you for your kind words. I am sorry that the contractor who installed your ducting did not use mastic to seal the joints (start collars) and you need to have a retest. Good luck and I hope I can be of service again. Dav"
"Hi [Member name removed], Thank you so much for your review. I really appreciate it. I think, though, did you really mean to score me an "F" on price or rather n/a since there was no charge to you for my service. I look forward to finishing my testing at your home. Sincerely, David"
