ELC builders installed my Tankless heater about 18 months ago and did a great job, everything worked perfectly and the installations was performed neatly. I have hired them to perform work on my previous home as well. A recent breach in the Main water line caused an Error code ant the unit stopped working correctly, the system needed to be drained and bled. Eyal came back and got working again as well as repaired some other minor plumbing issues. Eyal and his team are all really good and I highly recommend them for all Plumbing needs, large and small.

I was very impressed with Eyal. He did an excellent job fixing all of the issues that were presented to him. He was prompt and started working in a timely fashion. He listened very carefully and did exactly what we asked him to do. He was professional and explained everything when I had questions. He is very knowledgeable. He removed his shoes before walking on our carpet. He cleaned up before leaving. The cost was very reasonable as well. I would highly recommend ELC builders for your next project. Eyal is a general contractor as well so we will definitely contact him when we remodel our next bathroom.

I would highly recommend Eyal & ELC Builders!! They are reliable, professional, responsive, and fair priced. Eyal came out immediately when we had the gas leak issue. Not only was his price the best, he was also the only one that noticed that our auto gas shut off valve was not installed properly. This is a very serious safety issue and we had several plumbers come out for a bid and he was the only one that paid attention. A true professional! They are easy to schedule and did a great job with our bathroom. Eyal's employees are also super nice and professional. We will definitely call again when we need a plumber!

went very well! they worked very clean, using blankets over the hardwood floor, and made sure they clean before they left. They walked me through everything they did, and provided "tips and tricks" so some of these issues don't happen again in the future. An overall very good experience. I will definitely use them again in the future (even though i hope i don't need to :))

Beyond satisfied and grateful to have a go-to-plumber that is extremely professional, knowledgeable, reliable and trustworthy. Eyal always responds in a timely manner, has the highest work ethic, provides quality work and service and has reasonable rates. We initially called him for a complicated emergency plumbing situation after another plumber couldn't fix it. He arrived on time, figured out the problem and solved it. He had everything he needed, and worked diligently and in a very organized manner. We have used him for all our plumbing and gas needs ever since for our own home and other properties we rent. Even our tenants have commented how professional he is. I am not one to write online reviews, but after a recent unexpected plumbing issue he quickly solved and averted a major flooding situation, i was even more compelled to give him the praise he deserves for always providing such outstanding service.

Their response time was great since we had water still leaking, their prices are very reasonable, and their service is great. Once I got a price estimate from a different company that made it seem like we need to do a lot of work - Eyal from ELC solved the problem in 10 minutes and didn't even want to charge for it.

They asked for a photo of in advance. Arrived prepared with the right parts and equipment, and completed it timely. They did a good job, and commented on some other points I was considering upgrading in the house. They were knowledgeable, effective, timely and friendly. And it was done with an angie's list coupon, so it wasn't for big bucks, but they were just as careful. Recommend.

The plumbers came in on the day that we had agreed upon and did their work in a very timely way.  
They used what I believe  were the best materials for the job and brought the job in for the original bid price.
The contractor as well as the plumbers working for ELC Builders Inc were courteous and thorough   They did a great thing
by making sure that we did not go a day without hot water.  (Make sure you have your electrician on hand to give power
to the tankless water heater)
   All in all I was very satisfied with the work ELC did

It couldn't have gone better on either job! The noise was completely eliminated by a deep cleansing of the water line to remove all calcium buildup from our California water. The "Earthquake Valve" also could not have gone better, requiring the team to move a brand new (much larger) Earthquake Valve to the gas pipe entry at the house, requiring great skill at completely re-piping the entire system, solving a problem for me with both the City and the Gas Company. ELC builders are unique in the plumbing industry in the fact that they are extremely knowledgeable, reliable, honorable, and courteous. It is rare in these industries to find honorable & moral individuals with more then fair pricing. We were extremely fortunate to have found ELC!
