Description of Work: My computer was running slow and was sending me some strange pop-ups. Mitch remotely went through my computer, added AVG and cleanup and cleared my computer to go faster. Now, no weird things come up and my computer runs great. Mitch is always available to answer a question and is patient and kind. His passion is teaching new programs to his clients. I know his rates are lower than most computer techs. He works hard to retain his clients and he has had some clients for years. I would highly recommend "The computer tutor (MItch), for teaching new programs or computer upgrades or technical problems. He is great with a virus.
