 + 0 moreBrian was recommended by a friend, and he was really nice. He was honest, professional and capable but was a little slow to respond. I am taking out the laminate flooring, restoring the wood and putting in a new kitchen and bathroom. His quote of $50,000 was entirely for labor and did not include material at all. His prices were a lot higher than the company I wound up going with. Moreover, I preferred the concept, ideas and imagination of the other company over Brian?s; there was nothing wrong with his, but I was more inspired by the other company. I probably would recommend him to others.
Description of Work: I got an estimate from Brian Hull Construction for being the general contractor on remodeling a house I just bought.

 + 1 moreBrian was there when he said he would be and and was very knowledgeable about possible problems and outcomes when we were planning the work to be done. He was very helpful in the planning and offered cost-cutting recommendations. He is a very pleasant guy and a pleasure to work with. He does beautiful work and we have received many compliments on it.
Description of Work: Brian remodeled part of our house when we first moved in and recently we had him do work in some additional rooms. He installed baseboards, built cabinets, finished closets, replaced closet doors, built a pantry, remodeled a laundry room, installed recess lighting. He even built a little doll house for my daughters when they were trying to make one out of cardboard!
