The owner gave me an estimate over the phone and arrived on time for the appointment. He did an excellent job and cleaned up completely when he was finished.

Gave price over the phone came out and made my tub look new even when another company said it couldn't be done. The owner did the work himself.

SERVICE PROVIDER SEEMED COMPETENT AND KNOWLEDGEABLE REGARDING REFINISHING PROCESS, AND INFORMED ME OF WHAT I NEEDED TO HAVE DONE WITH THE TILING AND GROUTING OF THE SHOWER STALL BEFORE HE COULD BEGIN WORK. THE PROCESS CREATES QUITE A STRONG ODOR, SO IT SHOULD BE DONE ON A DAY WHEN WINDOWS CAN BE LEFT OPEN TO PROVIDE AIR.
