Remodeled garage into guest house. By chance, we contacted Sherman first when we started the project. Sherman actually drew up the plans and helped us in contacting other contractors (electric, landscaping, etc.). He pretty much told us what to do and when to do it; along with installing a pump and full bathroom and washer/dryer hook-up inside. The whole thing turned out beautifully, looks like it could be in a magazine.
