Win Supply Comp

Description of Work: I searched the web for the style of door handle for the new remodeled bathroom door. Then I looked to see if a local store carried the brand and found Win Supply Company. I ordered the item by phone and paid by credit card over the phone.It took about four days which the staff person had informed me it would take. She also walked me through the parts. The item isn't cheap like the other door handles that I purchased at the big box stores. I wanted something stylish and in keeping with the polished chrome finish of the other fixtures.When it came in, I received a call from the store and went to pick it up. The owner opened the box, checked the items, explained each one, and answered any questions I had. I was pleasantly surprised at the items in the store, so I was able to ask questions about the different items and the owner is very professional and knowledgeable about the items in his store.If I had known his store was there, I would have ordered many of the items from him instead of Pacific Sales which is a distance from my home. Mr. Winters provides a much more direct customer service.
