TRS Roofing - The Roofing Specialists

They were responsive in having someone come to quote me on the job.  I called within a week, after checking with other Angie's List roofers, and the appointment was scheduled for the following week.  The workers were on time, and very professional.  It is a relief to have potential roofing issues addressed before the rain falls.  We are pleased with the work completed, and will not hesitate to call them again if any issues should arise.

Overall the experience was great!  I called late in the week to try and get an estimate and have someone come over to review what it was that I needed.  I wasn't replacing my entire roof so I wanted to see if this small task would be something they can do.  I was scheduled for a Monday morning estimate.  Before Monday came, I received a miss call on Saturday and then an unexpected, but welcomed visit from Louie Saturday afternoon.  Louie was very professional and apologized for arriving before the initial Monday appointment.  I was very glad he did so, because it changed the scheduling so the work would be done on Monday.  
On Monday, Louie and another worker came right on time, they were quick in their work and were very professional and nice throughout the entire work.  Just under 3 hours they were able to complete the work and I'm very satisfied that I now have proper ventilation throughout my home.  I'm hoping everything turned out great, come the rainy season I'll soon find out!

I got 3 estimates, he was able to fit me in just before the big storms hit. His price was mid range and he was able to do the job ASAP.

They were very professional and they gave me a good estiamte. They were right on time for the appointment. I called them up and they came right out and gave me the estimate. They did not try any of the pushy stuff they just told me what needed to be done. The only reason that I chose to go with another company is that they were a little bit more expensive.

They traveled a bit to do the work. They are very well priced. They are very professional and quick. They do excellent work. The whole project took about three days.

Everything went smoothly.

Went great. Very responsive, showed up quickly and went up to the roof/chimney area to check it out. Little more difficult to figure out what causes leaking tile roofs without actually doing the work to remove everything and see what's happening underneath but they pretty much figured it out beforehand.

Their estimate was right on. They told us once they pulled up the tiles that they might have to replace the boards but, they didn't have to so that was nice. If they would have had to replace the wood underneath, it would have cost more. They did a good job on the roof and so far no leaks. We are using them again & have them coming out again tomorrow.

Although they didn't respond very promptly to phone calls, they performed the work that we contracted them to do efficiently. They were professional and friendly, however they didn't quite follow the instructions well (i.e., tried to replace the skylight in the wrong unit). The price was right though.
