Mike's Remodeling and Repair

We hired Mike's Remodeling and Repair to replace my father in laws old windows. What a difference. We ask Mike if it was possible to purchase another color of vinyl trim and without hesitation he said yes and called the manufacture that evening. He stay with in my budget, completed the job right on time. I recommend this young man and his crew. Thank you Mr. Kory for all you've done. Father in law is now so comfortable with his new windows and that big picture window you put in makes such a difference, thank you for that suggestion.

I have had work done in the past by other contractors and have had some pretty costly blunders. I was very cautious getting bids and hiring a contractor to do my bathroom. I wanted a total remodel so I really needed to get the right person. I needed to work within a budget and did not have much wiggle room. I had a general idea of what I wanted. I met with 4 contractors, two of them I knew I did could not trust in my home. Mike came for the estimate and was on time and very presentable and polite. He shared his knowledge of tile and materials. He answered all of my questions and was so helpful. At the end of estimate visit I had a clear idea of cost and a time frame for completion. He walked me through every question. During the construction, Mike left my house every day neat and clean. He took every measure to respect my home and my family. I admit I threw him some curves with some decisions and changes. He was so polite and worked with me to achieve my dream bathroom. He completed the work within the time frame and within my budget. I even got to upgrade my sink and tile from what I was expecting to be able to afford. I love my bathroom and my amazing tile work, it's just beautiful. Everyone that comes to my home is quick to compliment. It's always hard to have construction done and trust someone to do things right. Especially with electrical and plumbing being done. Like I said I had not had the best of prior experiences. This time was entirely different. I am so very happy with the work Mike did at my home. I would not hesitate to refer him to my friends and family. I look forward to working with Mike with future projects at my home.

My home was built in 1974 and it was time for a updated kitchen. We already updated all our windows with of Mike's Remodeling and Repair back in 2011 and enjoyed his excellent work, persona and resceptfulness. I know we where far from his home in West Covina but he was just completing another job down the street from us when we stopped and asked for a window replacement quote. To my surprise he agreed to come back to MoVal. That's a Nice guy in my book anytime. I asked him the next year for a quote for a Kitchen remodel and I hired him right on the spot for his next opening. On time and without one single problem. This guy is a hard worker and so is his employee, I must say I highly recommend his work. After all was done I now still sit in amazement of the quality of craftsmanship. We now saving up for a room addition and yes I will contract Mike again without hesitation. Every morning, it's Wow what beautiful kitchen Thank you Mike we cannot wait to see what you do wiith the New room addition!
