Terrible. This service is a scam. They quote one price and try to charge you another when they arrive. . Don't be fooled call a local and avoid these big store scams.

I have no complaints. I trust them and they do a good job. They are nice people.

I deal with Henry and if anyone go with anybody else but Henry, then they are out of their mind. The guy is fantastic. I have windows 7 and he put everything in. He did see a big problem that I have related to my pictures. No one could decide and he did it. I only have Henry come to the house. I even emailed his boss and told how great he is. I like geek squad generally because they know what they are doing. They are geeky. They get in front of the computer, they stop talking and they do their work. They are just boring that way. Henry just sits and does it. He gave me half an hour which he counted in the charge for teaching me. He told if I need anything, he can come back and he will give me some more lessons. He thinks that I'm doing well and he is like my teacher. He is so pleased with me. They have encouraged me. They are really good. The bill was inexpensive. He knows what he is doing. He solves major problem which was keeping me awake. He found all the pictures which I lost it and he hardly took 30 minutes. I was ever grateful. I grade them high because of Henry. I feel with anybody it might be cheaper; but not worth it.

We tried to get our computer upgraded and running properly and ended up having to take it someplace else. It was supposed to be 2 days. They wouldn t return calls and we would have to call repeatedly to get a response. I was totally disappointed! We expected professionalism and got the run around instead. I would not recommend them at all.

The experience was very good. The technician came into the house, knew exactly what he was doing and got rid of the spyware, and added spyware protection software.

Our technician was very informed and was able to explain to us in plain language what was wrong with our computer (it was a virus). He fixed the problem in a relatively short time.

AGENT, DEREK WALTY, ARRIVED IN HIS BLACK AND WHITE VW BUG AND PRESENTED HIMSELF VERY PROFESSIONALLY. HE WENT RIGHT TO WORK AND REPAIRED SOME CORRUPTED AREAS ON ONE OF THE COMPUTER HARDDRIVES. HE ALSO ADDED MEMORY SO THAT THE COMPUTER COULD RUN MORE PROGRAMS.

I TOOK MY COMPUTER FOR REPAIR. THE SERVICE WAS POOR. THEY DIDN'T REPAIR WHAT THEY SAID THEY WOULD. WHEN I GOT THE COMPUTER BACK HOME I STILL HAD SOME OF TEH PROBLEMS THAT I TOOK IT IN FOR.

I WAS PLEASED BECAUSE I CAN'T TRUST ANYBODY, BUT BEST BUY HAS A BIG NAME. I FIND A LOT OF RATS OUT THERE THAT CHARGE WHATEVER THEY WANT. BEST BUY IS A BIG COMPANY SO THEY DON'T HAVE TO DO THINGS LIKE THAT. I WILL ONLY GO THROUGH BEST BUY.

I DROPPED OFF THE T.V., AND PICKED IT UP A COUPLE OF DAYS LATER. THERE WERE NO DELAYS, AND I HAVE NOT HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THE T.V. EITHER. I AM PLEASED WITH THE WORK.

VERY SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE. THE GUYS BEHIND THE COUNTER WERE VERY POLITE. WHEN I TALKED TO THEM ON THE TELEPHONE THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL AND ALSO COOPERATIVE. THEY WERE VERY NICE.

THE WHOLE PROCESS WAS VERY SIMPLE, I JUST CALLED THE 1-800 NUMBER, AND THEY SENT SOMEONE OUT. HE KNEW EXACTLY WHAT TO DO. HE CAME OUT, AND ORDERED THE PART NEEDED FOR THE JOB. WHEN THE PART CAME IN, HE RETURNED, AND INSTALLED IT. THE WORST PART OF THE EXPERIENCE IS THAT THEY DO NOT GIVE A SPECIFIC TIME OF ARRIVAL, JUST THE DAY. THEY LEFT A HUGE TIME FRAME OPEN CAUSING ME TO WASTE MOST OF MY DAY.

IT WAS A GOOD EXPERIENCE, THERE IS NOTHING REALLY BAD I CAN SAY ABOUT THEM. OVERALL IT WAS GOOD. WE NEEDED SOMETHING DONE, AND THEY HAD IT DONE IN A SUFFICIENT AMOUNT OF TIME. WE DIDN'T KNOW THAT BEST BUY INSTALLED CARDS.

GEEKS SQUAD AT BEST BUY WERE VERY HELPFUL. WHEN I WALKED IN I HAD NO IDEA WHAT I NEEDED OR IF IT WAS EVEN WORTH GETTING FIXED. SYSTEM WAS READY IN THE TIME FRAME THAT WAS ESTIMATED WHEN DROPPED OFF.

THE TECHNICIAN WAS VERY PUNCTUAL AND COURTEOUS. HE DID ONLY WHAT WAS ASKED AND DID NOT RECOMMEND WHAT WE NEEDED FOR THE FUTURE. OUR PC IS NOW RUNNING VERY SLOW AGAIN AND HAS MANY VIRUSES AFTER ONLY 2 MONTHS.

THE TECHNICIANS WERE ALL FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. I WAS CALLED AND GIVEN AN EASY UNDERSTANDING OF WHAT WAS WRONG AND WHAT HAD TO BE DONE. THEY WERE VERY PATIENT WITH ALL THE QUESTIONS I MADE.
