We have been taking our car's here for routine maintenance for a few years. This weekend was time for service and oil change. I like that they know us by name, have records of each of our 3 vehicles, try to offer us discounts whenever possible. Yes they sometimes try to upsell us and recommend service that we did not initially take the car in for, but it is not anything that is unnecessary, sometimes we have them do the extra service, sometimes we decline, there is no hard selling and if we decline their recommendation, they do the minimum work and give us friendly suggestions to return to keep the cards in good working order.

They were very good and very honest. They tested the electrical and everything to find out what was wrong and they called AAA for my on their own card because I didn't have mine with me which was very nice.
