I had a major sewer issue (my sewer pipe under my house and garage was failing) and Raul promptly came out to assess the scope of work. I had several companies come out to estimate the project, and Raul gave me an extremely competitive estimate on what needed to be done and the approximate cost. Of everyone who saw the project, he was the only one who quoted me for the most comprehensive long-term solution at an extremely reasonable cost, and demonstrated thorough experience of what I should expect. We began the project right away. This was a 4 day job. It's an old house with the sewer line that was partially encased in very thick 12" slab of ultra-high psi concrete (poured in the 50s). There was no way around this being an expensive project, that's just the nature of a total sewer replacement under such thick concrete, but because of their professionalism I truly felt heard, respected, and valued. And now my sewer should be good for another 70 years. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Installed a new wrapped line from water meter to the house. Had the entire house repiped. There were a few bumps during the process, e.g., older home problems, crazy sprinkler lines, a few defective parts; HOWEVER, Armani and his team were very professional - Armani even watered my front lawn and garden beds while we were away because of a problem with the sprinkler system - the customer service was awesome.

He arrived early with all the materials. He and his crew worked deliquently. He was very thorough, clean work, left my lawn looking great even after just digging it up. I had to replace the main supply line from my home to the meter. Armani gave me a very competitive bid and I had him do the job. He and his crew arrived on time and completed the job before the end of the day. The cleanup was very satisfactory. A day after the job, I emailed him with a question I had and he responded within 15 minutes and answered my question. I was absolutely satisfied with his work and the way he took the time to explain what he was doing during the installation. I would enthusiastically recommend Doctor Rooter to anyone.
