"I am responding to a letter I received from your Company, it was regarding a complaint from your member, I have read your letter and I can tell you I was not surprised at all. I kept all my records and phone calls from him. Let me give you a little summary. As you can see, I have made every effort to resolved this matter, the member stated that he didn’t get any responses, as you can see from phone records, I have called him several times, and if you noticed I had to listen to him for 24 minutes talking about personal matters. I immediately responded to his complaint and went back to the address (3) times. We offered to replace the pad for him, just to show him that I wanted to get it resolved. We also offered another carpet cleaning to come in and a city Inspector to check out carpet at my expense. There are two sides to every circumstance, I honestly made every effort to get this issue resolved, the member also involved Jaime the guy that Re-Stretched his carpet. I have Jaime’s phone records; Jaime also stated that he was calling him as many times as he called me. I have been in Business for 7 years and never had a problem. The member wanted new carpet in the beginning. I clean carpets; I can't make them brand new. I am so sorry regarding this issue. I hope you can put the pieces together and get it settled. I plan on seeking Legal advice; the member is making false accusations regarding my Business. I have all records of my calls, his calls, and Jamie’s who the member harasses. I hope this will clear up this matter."
