I had called my home warranty service because I was having major coughing fits. The home warranty's a/c serviceman wanted to put duct tape on one of the vents (even though the pictures that he showed me indicated that the two vents weren't even connected). I called another a/c guy who wanted to re-duct the entire house. Feeling a bit like Goldilocks, I called Andrew and he was out the same afternoon. He said that he could replace one piece of the vent, clean the vents and replace the filter and all would be good as new. Just right! A few months later (yesterday) my a/c was not cooling the house. I called and he came out the next day (8:00 a.m. so that I wouldn't miss a morning appointment). He replaced the freon, changed the filter, fixed a broken vent outlet, He said that for now, I didn't need to replace the 30 year old a/c unit, but would give me a few options after summer ends to show me what I might want to consider. No pressure, no pitch, no baloney. This guy is honest and reliable and friendly. I won't call anyone else - ever again.
