Gregory Construction

I didn't know J.R.  He was one of four contractors that bid on my project.  I knew two of the contractors personally and really wanted one of them to do the work.  Fortunately they were both busy and there bids reflected that.  J.R. and the other contractor that I was not familiar with, both came in with  bids, that were very reasonable.  Since I didn't know either of them, I naturally chose the lower bid.  They were only separated by less than $1,000.00.  J.R and his crew was here at 7 am the morning the project started and worked 6 days a week until it was finished, only 7 weeks later.  That included tearing down and hauling off the old house, building the new one, and grading the property to receive my new lawn.  He was incredibly fast, but didn't take any short cuts and built one of the nicest houses here in Dorris.  I am going to be very comfortable and proud to live in it.
