Veterinarians
seem to treat the pets professionally, possibly to a fault, costing too much. The staff handled me professionally. However, I had to listen to three employees at the front desk talking openly about a client who had just left the office, the negative attitudes toward a customer with obvious money concerns, and wishing to do well by his pet, totally irritated me. I further had to listen to the same three staff members talk openly in front of me regarding a phone call asking if the Vet would write a prescription for a pet so that the pets owner could seek medications through PETMEDS.comto save money.
I was not pleased with the way the staff treated customers behind their backs, but freely berated them in front of other customers.
I changed Vets after this.
