Excellent on follow up with out of area sellers, county building department and escrow coordination. Pricing came in as outlined, timing a bit ahead of schedule. A very professional operation.

This individual does NOT hold the appropriate, C13 Fencing - license as required by California state law
 to contract for a fence job.   
He used INFERIOR grade material ALL of which had to be replaced by another contractor.  
It has since been brought to my attention that he is known for underbidding other contractors to get a job then raised the price through changes.  
He did not offer a written contract as required by California state law, nor any written change orders as required by law
He lied in court regarding events that took place.
He lied in written format about events that took place.
He charged 4 hours to establish property line - HE IS NOT A SURVEYOR- and the fence was extended onto the neighbors property 
While in mediation through CSLBC he filed small claims against me.
After a settlement agreement was reached he then refused follow through.

My experience with him has been excellent. He is a general contractor. It is a family-run business. They are all really nice people. I like the fact that he is reliable. I don’t have to worry about him being high on drugs or anything like that because here there is a big problem with that. The work he did is exceptional. I had the concrete poured driveway and porch done together. I think altogether it came to about $5000. It is a very big driveway and that was where most of the cost went. It is like over 36 ft long by over10 ft wide. It was a lot of concrete and the concrete alone was $3000. I got three bids and he was the middle priced but his good reputation was what I was willing to spend a little bit more money. The price was good considering the work done and everything else. I would use him again in the future.
