+ -1 moreJoe, the owner of Watsonville Roofing Inc., came over to estimate the repair job of a failed flashing on the roof a Victorian. He was very knowledgeable and eventually (after several phone calls) gave me a verbal estimate of $3500 to $4000. I asked him for a written proposal. He said his son does those on the computer and happens to be out of town for 2 weeks. I said a one-page hand written one would be fine. I have yet to hear back from him. I think he does not want the job.
