Tony's Plumbing & Drain Service

Struggled to get the old plumbing removed from the porcelain without scratching or cracking the existing fixture. Did so successfully. Installed new equipment no problem. 
Explained process and cost and performed accordingly.

The service was fine. They came out and did what I needed them to do and they brought two men to do the job. They were courteous and respectful. They got the job done. Their price was a little high. They were there when I got there. I would definitely use them again.

Tony is a gem.He is punctual, a smart diagnostician, and an incredibly motivated problem-solver. His professional integrity puts him in a category above and beyond expectation. On top of all that, his pricing is more than fair. I am so grateful that Tony was the one to diagnose the problem with my kitchen sink.  By giving me the bad news about needing to re-pipe the house,  I am spared the anxiety of wondering if the next plumber is trying to create work for himself. Now, I have a real problem: I have to find a larger outfit to handle the re-piping, and my experience with Tony has set the bar high for what a great plumbing experience is all about.  I wholeheartedly recommend Tony's Plumbing and Drain Service.

I called four other plumbers before initially contacting Tony in 2007 and they either ignored my call or responded 2-5 days later. 
That is never the case with Tony's Plumbing--he responds within 30minutes  I have referred him to all my friends
and neighbors in need of a good plumber.  If its something he's not equipped to handle, he doesn't hesitate to recommend someone else. 
He doesn't talk a lot but just does his work.
Tony carries the necessary parts to make repairs.  He is worth working with!!!  I recommend him without reservation 

After discovering a puddle of water on our garage floor several times, we called Tony's Plumbing on a Sunday night- after several other plumbing services didn't even answer their phone. He gave some suggestions as to how to diagnose what could be causing the problem. We determined that our drain line was clogged when the tub water was draining at or near the same time that the washing machine was draining. With the help of Tony's plumbing, we determined that the drain line was just overflowing and that there appeared to be no holes near the pipe. My husband, on his own, had also inspected under the house as well to make sure we didn't have a large puddle of water or leaky pipes under the house. We then called Tony's Plumbing back on Monday morning and they initially said that they could come out the next day on Tuesday. Then we received a call about an hour later stating that his schedule had freed up and that he could be here in 10 minutes. He had a very clean and maintained work truck and the plumber was also clean in appearance - not all grimy and covered in work gunk. We had already pulled away the washing machine and swept the area for him to work in. He cabled the line for about 35 minutes and said that he got about 60 feet in (which is nearly to the street because we live in a 900 square foot home!) He checked several times to make sure that with the kitchen sink running and put a hose down the laundry drain line to make sure that the clog had been cleared. He suggested that we add another clean-out port near the bathroom, which would require removing a tree near the house and gave a price of $500 - $700 for that work. Unfortunately, to our dissatisfaction, he left without cleaning up the mess he had created when he cabled the line. The garage was left with a smelly black puddle from the laundry area to out to the garage door (about 30 feet!) We had to clean the whole mess up and return the washing machine to its place ourselves. He definitely didn't leave the place in a "ready to use" condition.
