THE PLUMBING CO

The work was completed to our satisfaction.  He was polite and didn't make a mess either inside or outside the house.  The outside project was complicated by the age (1950's) of the old clay and cast iron pipes and took some extra time to complete.

We live three houses away from the local well water source and incoming water pressure can top 200 PSI. Our supply had a pressure limiter on it, but it was failing, causing our hot water heater overflow valve to sing and leak (raising water and gas bills). My home warranty company replaced the water heater valve, but it immediately began to leak again. The home warranty plumber referred me to The Plumbing Company. Phil followed up my call immediately and scheduled a visit for the following (Saturday) morning. He arrived promptly at the agreed time and began work. Despite cramped conditions, needing to exchange a part with the wrong end fitting and a difficult soldering task, he replaced the defective limiter and adjusted the new one in about 1.5 hours. His total cost came in at his estimate, approximately $100 lower than an competing bid.
