RRS. Handyman

I really hate writing bad reviews about businesses but this one had to be written. The owner, Ramses Gomez, had been to my house a few times to do some painting. I asked him if he could replace a shower stall and he said he could. I ordered and received the shower and contacted him through text to schedule a time for him to come out. He didn't respond to my text. So I texted him twice more. Still no response. I called and left a message and still no response. 9 days later he called to tell me that he had been busy and was sorry he couldn't get back to me. (How long does it take to respond to a text???) He promised to come out in two weeks to install the shower. He was emphatic and kept saying I could count on him to be there when his current job was done in two weeks. I was hesitant because he had been so unresponsive but went ahead and scheduled the time with him. On the Sunday before he was due to come over I texted him to confirm the time he was arriving. No response. I texted again. No response. Monday morning came and I had all the materials ready and the existing shower half taken apart to make it easier to remove. The guy never showed up. Not only did he blow me off but HE DIDN'T EVEN BOTHER TO LET ME KNOW HE WASN'T COMING. So now I am stuck with a shower that doesn't work and no one to fix it. This guy told me that I was a "priority" customer to him. I realize now that was all BS and something I'm sure he says to all his customers. He is one of the most unprofessional, unreliable and undependable tradesmen I've ever worked with.
