Lawn & Yard Waste Clean Up
I hired Rootstic to remove potted plants and clean our patio. I spoke to Max Rivera about the project and fixed a date and time. The project was completed in a timely manner. It was great to work with Max and his team member, Raoul Gonzales. They were professional, easy to communicate with and responded in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Rootstic Landscape.

Max, was professional, prompt and extremely responsive. He explained the whole process to us with a lot of patience, answered a ton of our questions before, during and after the install. His crew did a very good job with the install and cleaned up all after the job was complete. They followed the design very well and provided alternatives to keep cost of install low. Max responded multiple times after the install was completed to followup and check to see that everything was going well. I would gladly recommend rootstic art to any of my friends and family

Max and team did an amazing job installing my backyard landscaping. They turned the great design I had from Yardzen into a reality, and made it better than I expected. Excellent communication from Max who worked with me to make the design adjustments needed and install the garden (including leveling of the area, drip irrigation, obtaining planters for the deck), all while sticking to my budget. I am very happy with the results and would definitely recommend their services. I'll continue to use Max and team to keep my garden looking great!

Max is a great guy! We hired him to install sod in our front yard and his diligence in completing this project was amazing. He never seem put off by our requests, and he is so professional AND he knows how important customer service is to his customers and his company. Not only did Max install sod for us, he helped us find a person to trim our large oak trees. The trees look amazing! Max's team did a great job in helping us coordinate the tree trimming with our neighbors also. This helped everything run smoothly for us, his team, and our neighbors. If you ever need a professional and wonderful team pick Rootstic Art Landscaping. They are a team of excellent professionals! We will be sure to use them in any future projects.

I've had the great fortune to benefit from Max Rivera's expertise many times. Today the project involved installing a new controller and modifying our irrigation system to cover new raised beds that require a different watering schedule. Max found creative solutions to several design problems, quickly replaced the old controller with the new one then provided a very clear tutorial on how to program it, and added new tubing supplying water to the new raised beds that blends in beautiful with the existing landscaping. Max has a masterful understanding of installing, modifying and repairing irrigation systems and many other essential aspects of landscaping. This time, as in all other times he has helped us, Max did an outstanding job. My wife and I plan to recommend Max and Rootstic Art Landscaping to our neighbors and friends.

"Thanks for your rating and your comments, we actually did complete the job which was High Weeds Mowing on slope property. I personally inspected the job after completion by one of our specialists to see what was left undone, and what actually was undone was some extra branches cut away from the house that we offered to do for the same price of the High Weeds Mowing job. The specialist went above and beyond the scope of the job, and he had to stop at a certain point for safety concerns. Would love to work for you again any other job. Thanks."

Max gave me a reasonable quote for the work I wanted done, but then 1 day before the job called me and doubled the price. We worked out a reasonable amount, but it was higher than original quote. He showed up with a worker late in the day(3pm) and I knew the job could not be finished, so he agreed to come the next Monday. He showed up by himself and only completed 1/2 of the job and I helped him during my lunch hour as I was working from home. He then stated he would come back a different day to finish. He texted me the next evening about wanting more money as he had a two day job. I said, I felt what we had already agreed on was fair and since he was coming on a Friday, I could help again. He then said no he would take the other job and not come back to finish my yard.

"We tried our best, gave a very reasonable price for a very large job, we agreed on a time on Friday afternoon and we had two workers to make a 4 hour job for one person in to two hours job with two, but client changed her mind about us working Friday afternoon. Seems like there was a miscommunication or some sort of confusion in what we charged and what we would do for the price. On Monday I personally went to the job and did all that was agreed for the price we charged, unfortunately the other worker did not showed up which I apologize for, but instead of doing 4 hours I gave her my entire 8 hours of my day. Never asked for help from the client, that's not what we do, client came out making comments like the work was going to slow and started pulling weeds on her own. At the end of the day she wanted to include for the same small price the back of the house and weed whack a whole horse stable, all for the same price. Client kept insisting the horse stable was part of the deal. We did a very good job for a very low price and we still could not get the client satisfied with the work. We tried our best like always. We have been in business for over 10 years and our clients are the reason we are still in business."

the only thing preventing them from 5 stars is that the dog escaped even though I warned them repeatedly about closing the gate. I would totally hire them again and probably will.
