 + -1 moreMultiple promises have been given for work to be completed but after three months there is nothing completed. Promises of completion have been given but no progress. Each time Randy came to site he left materials scattered about there is one small piece installed (2 feet by 3 feet) that is rusting in place as it has not been coated or galvinized. It now appears that we will have to pursue restitution in small claims court and place a complaint with the State of California Licensing Board.
Description of Work: Contracted for five projects to be completed on our property (railing for small deck, completion of small fence, hand rail for stairs at 3 locations. Total contract is for $10,000 and was signed on March 1, 2006 and Randy was given one third of cost. Contractor has been on site three times, but not one project is complete.
