Stereo and Home Theater System Service
One of the units didn?t work correctly and they spent something like 3 hours on the phone with me, getting diagnosed and holding my hand through the set-up process making sure that everything was working correctly. This is just an outstanding level of service! There was some delay in shipping because their units were so popular. I received it on the 16th, I set it up on the 21st. I first called to them about the problem would have been on the 21st. They would back, everything that I needed. The unit they fixed over the telephone, the particular unit was about $750. It was absolutely free, they spent all the time that was required, in order to make sure that what had their name on it worked the way that they said it did, and they did it. They aren?t the low price provider, but they are worth every penny!
