 + -1 moreLinda Chatten did a fantastic job managing the rental of my long time home the year and half before I sold it. Linda was highly recommended to me by a friend whose property Linda has managed for many years. This was especially important to me as I was living out of state during the rental term and needed someone I trusted completely. Linda handled everything seamlessly, from initial repairs prior to renting, to extremely thorough vetting of potential renters, finding superb renters who treated my home with the utmost care, to repairs while it was rented and thorough cleaning after the rental term had ended. Her website provides easy to access monthly and annual reports for accounting and tax purposes. Linda is a pleasure to work with, is very smart, has a strong finance background and is a great general resource for real estate related questions. I highly recommend Linda and CIF Property Management for worry free property management.
