The work performed was excellent. Very well done and professional. The communication with the actual owner of the company was very poor. And the baseboards had to be trimmed because the ones brought to the house didn't match the height that was in the rest of the house. Also, twice the owner did not show up to discuss issues when he said he was. I want to reiterate that the actual woodworkers were excellent.

In general it went really well. Everyone I met was personable and happy to answer questions. There were a couple of communication things that tripped us up slightly but worked out in the end, the office person promised that they could get the furniture back on Saturday and when I confirmed that with the guys it turned out to be more trouble than I was expecting based on the information I had been given. Despite that they worked extra hard to get everything back in place on Saturday for me. The only reason I rated the quality as a B is that the baseboards and the floor are not flush. I don't totally know if this is just a result of the way the existing floors are and what it would have taken to fix, but I would have loved to have a conversation about it. Other than that, which feels minor to me, it was a great experience.
