About an hour before workmen arrived. the office called to confirm that the workers will be arriving soon.
Two workmen ariived and discussed the problem and answered all my questions. In about 20 minutes the work was completed. Worker lubricated my door opener. All done very proffessionally and at a reasonable price. Now garage door opens very quietly without disturbing the neighbors.

He was prompt and very nice. Everything was done without any problems.

It went really well. They were professional and I would defiantly use them again if I have any more garage problems.

Most garage door companies will include the removal the old door and installation of the new one. After a couple of estimates for the replacement, I found that Louis Doors included more than other companies for less money.

They sent the installation supervisor to do the estimate. He had a wealth of information regarding my options. I even went out to their showroom to see the options firsthand. The displays are all operable and you can listen to how they actually sound. The staff was also very knowledgeable.

They removed the old wooden tilt-up door and found that the garage door opening was no longer the standard size. They had to add on to the front to bring it down to a 7' tall and 16' wide opening. They did not charge extra for this addition.

The technician that came out worked for 4 hours solid. When I offered him some water, he would take a drink and get right back to work. Each time he went to his truck it was with a purpose in mind. When he arrived he laid out everything in perfect order on the garage floor. He was so precise with his organization it was like watching a surgeon.

Other companies wanted to charge extra for the replacement of the motor and Louis Doors included that in the price. I ended up getting a better door, better installation package, and better opener for a lower rate.

FROM THE FIRST CALL I MADE TO TIME OF DELIVERY OF THE GARAGE DOORS, MY EXPERIENCE WAS GOOD WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY HAD A WIDE SELECTION OF DOORS, COLORS AND GLASS.

VERY PROFESSIONAL SERVICE. THEY REPLACED THE DOOR WITHIN THE SPECIFIED TIME AND CLEAN UP AFTER THEY WERE DONE. THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME AND WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND POLITE.

PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE. THE COMPANY WAS HELPFUL WITH THE WARRANTY INFORMATION. IT HAD RUN OUT AND HAD ONE MONTH LEFT AND THEY HONORED IT ANYWAY. THE ONLY BAD THING WAS I HAD TO WAIT FOR THE MANUFACTURER TO SHIP THE PART, IT HAD BEEN DISCONTINUED.

I THOUGHT THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL OTHER THAN THE TRUCK THAT THEY DROVE. IT HAD PORNO PICTURES ALL OVER IT. THAT BUGGED ME. THEY HAD A TRUCK THAT THE SIDE SHELL THING LIFTS UP, AND ALL THE PORN PICTURES WERE POSTED UP.
