Absolutely top notch customer service.? I contacted AW&D about the applicability of?their window deal and my home.? I was?immediately responded to and unfortunately my home did not qualify for the deal?however Joe worked with me to make sure that I got the best possible price.? I have a very difficult schedule to work?around as I travel often for work however Joe made sure to get someone out to?my property as soon as possible to take final measurements and place the?order.? Soon after I was informed that?the window features I wanted were not available in the selected series.? Joe pointed this out to me, and instead of?changing the price he upgraded all of my windows and kept the project on budget?without delay.? I now have TRIPLE PANE windows?and doors in all rooms.? I honestly?cannot say enough about the promptness, and customer service I received from?advance.? I will be recommending them to?everyone needing windows without hesitation.

Great customer service, they make sure the job is done right.? There were some difficulties with the installation of the 19' bay windows in my kitchen but Advanced was very professional in dealing with the situation.

I contacted them thru their website and received a quote by email. I was traveling for business at the time and was not ready to start for a few weeks. No problems, no pressure. When I was ready joe came to the house the next day to review the situation and confirm the price. The day I let Joe know I was giving him the job, he scheduled his installer to come that afternoon and take the final measurements. Showed up on time, in fact I was a little late for that appointment. I sent in the down payment the windows were ordered and within a week or so the windows were installed in one afternoon. The process was painless. I would recommend Joe and his staff to anyone. Nice people!

I got a total of four quotes to replace 9 windows and an oversized slider in my house, and Joe's quote was the lowest by far (hundreds lower than the next nearest quote, and over a thousand cheaper than the highest).  Joe was very professional, easy to reach, and very helpful, even discounting some extras that I ordered and happily accommodating my need for a Saturday install.  I ordered 9 custom Milgard Tuscany replacement windows and a Value Windows sliding door.   The price breakdown was $4000 for 9 windows (including "Simulated Dividing Light" external grids, an expensive option) and $1000 for an 8" energy efficient dual-pane slider that closely matched the Milgard Tuscany design).  Price included installation.
Three weeks later my windows were done, and a crew of 3 arrived to install them.  They removed the original steel-frame casement windows (no small feat), replaced them and insulated and trimmed them, then replaced the old aluminum slider and framed in the replacement.  The crew was friendly and professional, very experienced, and they worked quickly, finishing the job in less than a day and very throughly cleaning up afterwards.  For replacement windows, I highly recommend Joe and Advance Windows and Doors.

I got many quotes for window replacement--8 windows.  While their quote was not the lowest, it was the best for a really good product--Milgard.  They showed up on time, replaced all the windows in one day and left my place clean and unaffected by the work.  It was truly a pleasure working with Joe and Yolanda.  There was no pressure just a good honest quote and truly excellent installation of my windows.  If ever I needed window service again, they are the ones I could call and I would recommend them highly to anyone looking for an excellent job at an excellent price.
