They were prompt and courteous; made me and my dog feel comfortable. The main office is very clean which is impressive considering that they board many animals. Staff was super friendly. They will email you daily with updates on your pet if requested. I am confident she was well cared for.

I have used this service 3 times during vacations and have been very satisfied with the care of my two dogs. The first time was just for my newly adopted girl. I brought her in for a daycare session to get her used to the place and people, and a few days later left her there for a week while we took a trip. She was well looked after.

The second time was a few months after we adopted a puppy and took a 3 weeks vacation. The two shared a larger kennel run so they would not be lonely. They third stay was one year later, another 3-week vacation that ended last weekend.

I brought their own beds [which were laundered before I picked them up] and chew toys and play toys, although they have plenty of toys to play with, too.

The other owners dropping off their dogs and others picking them up really liked this place, too. Their pets looked very healthy and well-cared for.

I did have to deal with mats after we got home, but that was not unexpected as my dogs make mats when they play with each other. Right after I de-mat them they can form new mats in the blink of an eye I cannot fault the staff; it just would have been worse had they not brushed them out during the stay.
