We use exclusive brands including Relax, It’s Lees® , Bigelow®, Good Housekeeping™, Hanover Hills™ Hardwood, Rustic River Hardwood, Bellisima Tile, and Mirror Lake™ Laminate. Additionally,we offer industry leading warranties that are backed by Carpet One Floor & Home (up to 50 yrs wear, stain and fade). We also warrant the insallation for the life of the flooring. .I was very disappointed in their ability and the quality of their work. After they started ripping out the old floor then they say they couldn't do it because the floor was not level and just left it like it was. Even thou they told me  they had the material ordered they didn't and then 2 days before they were suppose to start the install they asked to change vendors. It was an aweful experience this happended This happened one week before Thanksgiving. I was not happy that my home was a complete mess due to this and it was not appreciated. This was all done thru an insurance claim and we  went with them due to what State Farm recommended and due to this they no longer recommend them. I would never use them again.

They were excellent. They were very careful, quick, on time, and simplistic. She suggested us to buy new carpets and replace the wood flooring. She gave me a very good estimate.

Shelly Lari is the owner and she is wonderful. They were very efficient in doing their work. Their owner came out three times to check and see if everything was going the way it was supposed to be going. They were very customer service friendly. They finished ahead of schedule, so that was very good. I really don't have comparison for the price so I really can't grade them.
