Very good! They took their time explaining what they would do. Their service was more thorough than what I would have received at the dealer for a comparable price. They inspire confidence and trust and I definitely will go back to them.

First, let me say that I have been going to Mike for Toyota maintenance and repairs for more than 10 years. He is the most professional and honest car repair person I have ever known or will ever know. He provides honest advice and services at a fair price. In this situation, the car had water damage that impaired the air bag system. There are other issues as well. Given the age condition of the vehicle, and costs we jointly agreed to not perform any more work on the car.

My Pilot started making a and quot;whirrringand quot; noise, which I knew meant something was seriously wrong. I called Mike (owner of Walnut Creek Auto Pros) and asked if I could bring my car in right away. He took me in the very next morning even though he was fully booked (on the condition that I might have to leave my car there overnight). He and his crew determined right away that it was my alternator and had my car back to me that same evening, running better than ever. I always appreciate that Mike takes such good care of us; we have been going to Mike for service and repairs on our Hondas since the 1990's.
He has an in-depth knowledge of Hondas and Acuras, and he always does his best to give us the best price (he often saves us hundreds of dollars over dealerships). He provides excellent customer service and always takes the time to explain what was wrong in detail. He has carefully trained his staff and we have confidence in them as well.

I expected the quote to range from $250-$350 after looking at another website for how much the work would cost in this area. They quoted less than what I expected after asking me a variety of questions about the car. When I arrived Mike asked me more questions about the car and got to work. As I left, it occured to me that the questions Mike was asking felt a lot like questions a doctor would ask a patient. He said his company is very good at extending the life of cars and they had someone coming in later that day with a car that had 400,000 mile on it! There were no suprises when I went to pick up the car and I paid what they had quoted me on the phone. I'll take my car back to the and quot;car doctorand quot; for the next check-up.

Mike, the owner, is very technical and services are reasonably priced. I have been going to them for several years and trust them completely. I will continue to use them for maintenace and repairs if needed.
As an example of their skill and talents, I initially brought a Honda Prelude to them for needed electrical work. Mike diagnosed and repaired the problem in less than 30 minutes. This was after my local Honda dealer had made two failed repairs and was preparing to do a major electrical repair. Needless to say I changed mechanics (and got a refund from the Honda dealer!).

My car was around $300 and my husband's was around $1,000. It went well. We were pretty happy with them. They were trustworthy and punctual. We didn't ask a whole bunches of places about pricing. It is too soon to know how the quality is. They are pretty quick to respond.

Everything has been just wonderful. It is a couple who owns it, and Mike of Autopro sits and talks to you about everything that does or does not need to be fixed. It is always cheaper than anywhere else we have gotten estimates from. They are very honest and will not fix anything that does not need it. Because he is so popular and there is no one like him, you do have to book appointments well in advance. However, he is very responsive and prompt. I call him the "car whisperer" because he is so skilled at what he does. I couldn't be happier with their service.

I was very impressed with the owner. He is very honest with me and up front. I was able to show him work that was done by another place so he could let me know what he thought of the job and the pricing, which was high compared to his. He also uses a good quality oil which costs a little more but he thinks that it is worth it. I also have a very good friend that uses him so I felt very comfortable going to him. He is hard to get into as you have to call him weeks in advance because he is so busy. He sat down with me in his office and talked to me which was much more personable than going to another service company as you have a service person, but you never get to sit down and talk about your car until they show you your bill. He has a very personalized service.

They are not instantly available but they try. Their work is first class. They are very conservative, when advising you what they think really needs to be done. They do so to save their customer money. I would recommend them.

Brought the car in the morning, they dropped me back at BART and picked me up at BART in the afternoon. Mike is very personable, and continues to earn my trust. He explains things clearly and answers questions without making you feel bad or stupid for asking. The other workers are all nice people too. One day I was telling some people at work how happy I was with my auto shop, a lady overheard me and said she was similarly happy with her place, come to find out we both go to WC Autopros.

You have to schedule appointments over a week in advance, even though the one time I had a quick repair to be done, I just dropped in, and Mike dropped what he was doing to service me. This is the most pleasant experience I've had with auto repair in decades.
