Not well. I specifically indicated a problem that I wanted addressed and it was ignored. The person I contracted this job with did not communicate well with his crew to address my concerns. When they claimed the job was completed, the condition of the specific issue was worse.

They were supposed to be here at 9 am. I tried calling after an hour and did not get ahold of anyone. They showed up around 3:30ish. They rushed through the job. They got all the windows dirty (which we had paid to have cleaned about a month earlier.) We would not use them again.

Job 2: They did give me the option of not installing the covers on the second floor because apparently there wasn't a lot to clean up there -- this would have reduced the price. Given the way the winds have been picking up this last winter, I told them to go ahead and install them anyway.

THIS COMPANY WAS VERY HELPFUL. THEY ADVISED US TO PUT A GUTTER COVER OVER ONE SECTION OF THE GUTTER TO HELP STOP THE GUTTER FROM FILLING UP WITH LEAVES. WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THE JOB THEY DID.

TODD ARRIVED ON TIME WITH A CREW THAT FINISHED QUICKLY. THE WORK WAS NEAT. THEY CLEANED OUT ALL CLOGS AND REPAIRED THE BROKEN DRAIN PIPES. THE NEW REPAIRS WERE DONE SO THAT ALL GUTTERS MATCHED AND LOOKED GREAT.
