Mrs.Simonton was a very informative customer. I didn't have to as we say 'dumb it down' so she'll understand, she completely understood every task I was given to do an 80% house gut and 20% make-over, even added to my ideas. a very delightful person to work with and I look forward to doing more business with her in the future
