My Janome 11000SE died for the second time in the middle of an embroidery design. I called the store to inquire if this was normal or not and Dan came on the line to ask me questions about this machine. I then decided to have a full tune-up because I was having other problems as well. When I got the machine home, I could not believe how well it was running in both sewing mode and embroidery mode. I now call it my "dream machine". I know that this is a good shop because I had taken this machine to two other dealers who were not able to tune up this machine to the degree that it now runs. The precision and detail that Dan provides when tuning up machines is what every dealer should aspire to.
In addition the help at this store is phenomenal. I have called many times with questions, and no matter who answers the phone, I am able to get my questions answered. From experience, I know that this is not always the case with other machine shops.

THIS IS A GREAT SHOP TO DEAL WITH, SMALL, BUT THE OWNER AND EACH EMPLOYEE IS VERY ATTENTIVE TO YOUR NEEDS. THEY ARE SERVICE ORIENTED AND CONTINUE HELPING YOU AFTER THE SALE IS MADE! THEY OFFER ONE ON ONE LESSONS AS WELL AS CLASSES ON HOW TO USE YOUR SEWING MACHINE. YOU ARE NEVER MADE TO FEEL LIKE YOU ARE STUPID.... AN EXPERIENCE I HAD AT ANOTHER SHOP WHERE I HAD PURCHASED A MACHINE.
