Susan Kingsley was by far the most professional realtor we interviewed, but also the most approachable and sincere.  I am convinced that selecting her to represent us in the sale of our home is why we achieved the best possible outcome.  She had all the resources and connections of a large agency at her disposal, but we never got lost in the corporate shuffle.  We always felt valued and respected thanks to her personal attention.

Throughout the process Susan and her team were thorough and clear, taking the time to make sure we understood exactly what needed to be done.  Susan was patient and calming, and listened carefully to our needs and concerns.  I was doubly impressed with her responsiveness because I was well aware the home we were selling was not the highest value property among her listings, but she always treated us like we were the most important client she had.

We decided to put ourselves in Susan's experienced hands and did everything we could to follow her advice.  In the end, our appraisal and sales price were higher than we had hoped, thanks to Susan's fantastic efforts.  She successfully navigated some unexpected speed-bumps on the buyer's side late in escrow, and her skilled management of the situation is what made the deal work in the end.    

You should do your homework and meet realtors in person to find the right fit for you, but Susan should be at the top of your list.

She served as our agent in both sales, and each time, she was terrific!: Professional, organized, pleasant, easy to work with, easy to reach. In each sale, the condo needed some work, and she managed it all. Both times, we were tremendously busy with work, etc., but had "no worries" as Susan always had it under control.
