Steve was extremely personable on the phone and in person. He arrived about 10 minutes early and was very upbeat and helpful. He was able to fix both issues (and also replace another toilet part that was on it's last leg) w/in about 20 minutes. We have a small bathroom remodel that we want to do and he even gave us a recommendation for someone who takes on more complicated jobs (Steve does mostly repairs and not jobs that would consist of moving plumbing lines, etc).
I thought that the price was reasonable and the fact that he was early and very pleasant made the overall experience easy and we would definitely use him again! Thanks Steve!
