It was a pleasure to work with Tomer and Roberto on this project. Outcome is great and things generally went as planned, and they are generally very accommodating and flexible with planning things and changes. Only thing to consider next time would be how long the project would take and put some boundaries on that, this took a bit over two months and was a bit over what I anticipated.

At the beginning of 2023, we began construction of our master bathroom remodel that necessitated good resolutions for several important issues including electrical upgrades, plumbing modernization and space creativity. We found in S&L Remodeling in Walnut Creek, the people and expertise that truly represented our vision. This remodel was coordinated by S&Lâ  s excellent representative Tomer Edelstein. His selection of craftsmen and builders matched our expectations for quality and fine finish work. We are delighted with the outcome. We experienced real expertise in the recommendations offered by the construction team, and their understanding and care to explain our unique circumstances and to offer valuable aid, was genuinely helpful and reliable. We are sincerely pleased by the overall performance of S&L Remodeling, and we would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to remodel a kitchen or bathroom.

We hired S&L to do our kitchen remodel in 2019. It was an extensive job; a full gut remodel from the floor to the ceiling, including new electric work & subpanel, running a gas line, attic insulation, and new windows, as well as installing appliances, cabinets, sink, and countertops. Our project manager was Tomer. Tomerâ s team was a dream to work with: punctual, hard working, dependable. We were living in the house during construction, so it was very important to know exactly what would be happening each day. Tomer is an excellent communicator and he checked in with us frequently. We never had to wonder when or if the workers would show up. The crew was polite and considerate, easy to work with. We were very happy with the completed jobâ so happy that we had no hesitation hiring S&L again this year to paint the exterior of our house. We were able to relax knowing that the job would be completed on time, on budget, and with a professional attention to detail. Tomerâ s team made sure that we were happy with everything every step of the way. We could not be more pleased with the quality of the work. I would not hesitate to hire them again, and I recommend S&L wholeheartedly. We have worked with other companies in the past, and S&L is by far the best.

Tomer and the crew led by Daniel and Margarido surpassed our expectations from start to finish. Very happy with the beautiful complete update to our 1930s kitchen, as well as their thoroughness/attention to detail in delivering ahead of schedule. We would absolutely recommend S&L to friends and family, and would reach out to them first for the next project.

S&L is fantastic! Tomer, Eduardo and Renee made it all come together beautifully with so little stress on me it was amazing. S&L stands out for reliability and communication as well as the skill and quality of work. They were on time, on budget and kept me posted by text and pictures so we could keep the project on the timeline which was critical to me. They were creative with solutions to solve the surprise issues that invariably come with working on an old house. They did demo on the whole tiled bathroom and worked with me so the old toilet, shower, bathtub and light fixture could be recycled. That was important to me because I didn't want these materials to go to a landfill. The bathroom is beautiful and draws lots of compliments thanks to S&L. Highly recommend this company and this crew.

We just finished a kitchen remodel with S&L and could not be happier. We worked with Tomer, who kept the ball rolling. There was never any downtime and contractors and sub-contractors showed up when they said. The end product is beautiful and exactly how we envisioned it. The remodel was done in 7 weeks (!!) and on budget. From past experiences with other contractors it feels like we found a unicorn.

Tomer did an excellent job of project managing the following: 1) replacement of a bathtub with a walk-in shower; 2) replacement of the bathroom sink, countertop and side splash; 3) replacement of the door to the bathroom; and 4) replacement of the ceiling light/fan. He stayed in close communication throughout, beginning with providing an estimate and including applying for permits and inspections, and checking the progress of the work. Roberto came up with an innovative pattern for the shower tiles that I really love, provided good advice on the products I needed to purchase, e.g., the shower drain and the ceiling fan light, and picked the products up from Home Depot. He kept his worksite inside the bathroom neat and clean and made sure the pathway to the bathroom along hallways and stairs was also neat and clean after equipment and products were brought inside and taken to the bathroom on the second floor. I am highly satisfied with the work of S and L and plan to use their services again for my next home improvement project.

Tomer and Roberto have done a great job remodeling my entire house. The house has been completely transformed. It looks beautiful and functional. I appreciate most the quality they delivered but also the fact that they were always polite, accommodating and responsive to my concerns. This helps a lot as house renovation can be stressful with many big decisions to make. In terms pricing and pay schedule and scope of work they were fair and kept to the letter. I would recommend S&L for any remodeling project.

Jacob, Ricardo and team gutted my bathroom and did a beautiful job with the renovation. They were punctual, tidy, super hard working, fairly priced (I got several quotes), and made several good suggestions and offered advice along the way without trying to upsell me on stuff I didnâ t want or need. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

I could not be more happy with my new renovated Condo! Tomer, Ricardo, and the whole crew did an incredible job with fine eye for detail and help along all through the process. This was the first renovation I have ever done, and it is only me, so the guidance and patience they showed was very much appreciated and needed. Also helpful were recommendations for my cabinets, countertops, and flooring. I felt I was in very good hands throughout. Also worth noting, the work was done on budget, earlier than expected, and I have received compliments from my neighbors stating how hard the guys were working for me and how friendly and polite they were to everyone during their time in the complex. A potentially very stressful situation for me was, in the end, really a pretty simple undertaking. I will highly recommend Tomer and his crew at S&L Remodeling to anyone that asks! I love every inch of it!

I am happy with the the result of my master bath remodel. It was a substantial project that took the bathroom out of commission for several months. From day 1, Tomer, Ricardo and the crew were courteous, and made sure the work space was kept clean and didn't encroach into the rest of the house. This is what I posted. A kitchen and bath remodel can be a major upheaval in a home, so having an experienced and conscientious firm and crew is essential. Tomer Edelson of S&L worked with us on the planning and made several suggestions that were helpful in laying out our new kitchen within the bounds of a 50 year old house. Tomer brought in Amy from Canaan Cabinets, who furnished the cabinets to discuss what was important to us make suggestions, define what can and cannot be done in our budget, and of course bring samples. Because my wife and I are both north of 60 we needed the additional perspectives of those much younger than us and Tomer was part of this group that helped. This careful and collaborative planning resulted in a new kitchen that married our traditional tastes (wood grain cabinets) with modern cues (subway tile backsplash, quartz counters, and spice drawers) in a cohesive manner and the finished product was beautiful. The workers, Roberto (lead) and Domingo, were skilled and efficient. They also got on well with our pets (dog and cat), which we found a major plus. The entire project was completed in 3 weeks, which is exactly what Tomer estimated. The few little changes we asked for and flaws we noticed were addressed and corrected without arguments or change orders, Also important was that Roberto and Domingo cleaned up the work area every day, and followed coronavirus protocols. For price, S&L was very competitive though not the cheapest. The operative word from our perspective is we received terrific value in materials, craftmanship, planning, organization of work, adherence to schedule, and safety. Tomer and his team did an AMAZING job on our project. We hired them for a full garage renovation. The project was not small - we started with an original 1952 garage (complete with 68 years worth of neglect) and wanted it fully renovated to modern standards. The project included a full electrical rewire, insulation, drywall, paint, epoxy floor, and even window replacement. S&L did a truly outstanding job on the project, with amazing attention to detail. They worked with us every step of the way. The whole crew was great to work with. Very nice people, reliable, and very skilled. They somehow managed to create exactly what I had pictured in my mind.

What a great experience! Tomer, Ricardo and their crew were extremely professional and we are thrilled with the work performed. We moved into our home in a few months ago and immediately started work on remodeling our master bathroom. We interviewed several contractors and felt that we made the right choice with S&L. Their level of communication, cleanliness and attention to detail are what put them over the top. S&L remodeled my deck and pergola and a new guy tub with slat stones staris , guy was the project manager and his supervisor Jacob did a great job and I can't be any more happy , they where very professional and I definitely recommend working with S&L for it next remodeling project

The company responded promptly to my original call. They got the job done quickly and informed me of every step along the way so I felt informed.

The workmanship was great and the project lead was very communicative always checking with me on the progress of the work making sure I was satisfied.

1. The cost and time estimates were correct and no added charges except for a few additional things I decided to add to the project after the job started. 2. Communication was great. Tomer, the project manager, was always available to answer questions, help me with the few decisions I had to make, and to keep me up to date on progress. 3. I had a few minor adjustment requests at the end, such as changing a switch, moving a bathroom cabinet, touching up some paint that I accidentally damaged, etc. They kept coming back until I was 100% happy with every last detail -- and the job was already done right in the first place. 4. My bathroom remodel looks great & is very functional. I plan on hiring them again to do a deck project and other future projects.

This company rebuilt my deck in my back yard, and they did a perfect job, excellent service. Everybody was on time. I recommend this company to anybody who need the same service.
