Karen Reed sold me the home. She sold me a product without telling me about it. In the end result, it was not what I wanted. This person has a terrible record with the company and everyone agrees. I am stuck with this sub par product that I did not want. We wanted a larger staircase, and the one built is smaller. Also installing ports for ceiling fans we had to pay to have put in, which should have come with the home.
