 + -1 moreKaren Reed sold me the home. She sold me a product without telling me about it. In the end result, it was not what I wanted. This person has a terrible record with the company and everyone agrees. I am stuck with this sub par product that I did not want. We wanted a larger staircase, and the one built is smaller. Also installing ports for ceiling fans we had to pay to have put in, which should have come with the home.
Description of Work: They built my home for me, and the only problem I had was with the sales office. Everything else is fine.
