I walked. in with no appointment. The car was done in 20 minutes (10:30 am Tues). $21.95 plus $8.95 for certificate. I have used them before and believe the coupon saves $2.00. They are efficient, and the price is right. I went to a gas station that wanted to charge me $100. Shop around.
