The overall experience exceeds expectations. The initial cleaning was not able to remove unusual water stains on the glass. We contacted the company, which was able to quickly facilitate the removal of those stains. It was an extra cost. Because I am not reviewing on behalf of my company, for which the work was performed, the exact address may not be published. However, I can describe the building as having large, picture windows facing sidewalks along downtown streets. The customer service was courteous and friendly. The work as performed well and on time. I would have preferred for Pronto to call us regarding the water stains that were not removed, because it was my supervisor that noticed them after the cleaning. The subsequent follow-up was equally efficient and timely. The cost even including stains was on the lower range of general quotes, of 5 local companies I called. Pronto worked with our office schedule to provide the least disruption.

We hadn't had our house deep cleaned in the two years we lived here and family was going to be visiting soon so we decided to have the job done. A friend of mine had recommended Pronto to us and the reviews on Angie's list were great, so we gave them a call.
The crew arrived on time and proceeded to seriously clean the house. They cleaned the blinds, the inside of the windows, dusted everything, scrubbed the kitchen and bathrooms, vacuumed and mopped the floors, cleaned the oven and the 'fridge. The list of what they did goes on and on and the house looks AMAZING! They were very careful not to break anything or scratch delicate surfaces. We have hardwood floors and they used Bona wood cleaner on them as we asked. They even took out the trash and replaced the trash bags!
At the end of the job, they went over all their work and asked if there were any items that needed attention. Pronto also does regular house cleaning that can be scheduled. We probably won't use this service but we do plan on having them deep clean the house maybe once per year. We highly recommend Pronto for your housecleaning needs!

It went GREAT!!!! No complaints.. at all

I emailed Kelly (the owner) for a move in cleaning after the new house was fumigated. She was quick to reply to the email and set up an appointment with me for an estimate. She was prompt and friendly. The estimate was reasonable: $25 per person/hour and there would be 2 people coming to clean the house for 4 hours. One week before the appointment, I needed to have a time change to the agreed upon schedule so I texted her and she immediately responded with the update that I requested. Her crew came right on time today and was busy cleaning from 8 am to 11:45 am. They were thorough and the house smelled great. I would use their services again.

The price that I paid was for an hour and for one person. They were timely and did a great detailed job. I was really happy with them. Their price was on par with being fair and they did work up to their cost. Their quality of work was great and they brought their own supplies and materials. Their responsiveness was extremely prompt; I called on a Sunday afternoon and they reverted back within 45 minutes or so. Their punctuality was right on the dot and their professionalism was very high.

They do a very good job, they are just a little bit pricey. They are honest and from the minute they hit the door they are working hard. If I need them, they come right out. I think if you use them on a weekly basis then the cost is less. I will continue to use them in the future because they are so good.

I will now have a monthly contract with this company, their service is worth every penny! This company is completely worthy of praise and I know from my experience it is well worth giving them a try!
