When I called Premium Properties for information about their serivces in March last year they quickly sent two helpful employees over to assess the rentability of the house. They advised me of the repairs and upgrades I would need to make and advised me of their fees, services, the rent I could get, and other details. When I had the house emptied, repaired and upgraded, their inspector arrived prompty to review the property. He advised me of a few additional repairs and changes that needed to be made. After completing those tasks, the property was inspected once again. When I was ready to turn the house over to Premium Properties, it was shown and rented within a few days. I live out of the area but am very comfortable that the house is in good hands. The company is very professional and pleasant to work with.

Not much to say except that these guys still remember what customer service is all about... they were courteous, friendly, and the whole move went very smoothly. No wonder they are one the area's biggest/best property management companies!
