Our door needed repair because we were getting water leaking into the house. The frame was broken when the door was being re-installed. It is difficult to see whether or not he did it, or if something else happened to it. They took the door and frame off to do some work, and they showed us the crack and where it was broken. They put it back on, and when we had the next rain, it leaked into our house and got water all over the carpet. He said he would come out and put a tarp or something over the crack so that we would not get the leak, but he never did. We kept contacting him and he said he was going to come, and my wife and I both took time off of work so that he could come, and he never showed. I feel like he wants to get himself out of fixing the job. When we contacted him when we saw the problem after the rain, he came out and saw the problem but started to get argumentative. He also left a pile of junk on the deck, and the door was not finished or primed. We do not know where to go from here.
